Amber Pappas, BSN, RN, is the owner of Creative Aesthetics and brings more than 15 years of injection experience to her practice. Known for a refined and conservative approach to aesthetics, Amber specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced injectable treatments designed to enhance natural features while preserving individual expression.
Her approach emphasizes facial balance, precision, and thoughtful treatment planning over time. Treatments are tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals, with a focus on subtle, natural-looking results.
In addition to treating patients, Amber is a nationally and internationally recognized injector trainer and educator. Known on Instagram as Injector Rogue, she travels throughout the United States and internationally teaching injection techniques, facial anatomy, and safety-focused approaches to aesthetic injections.
Amber received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She began her career in plastic surgery and aesthetics and has practiced in Michigan, Indiana, and Virginia, bringing extensive experience across both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic settings.
At Creative Aesthetics, her philosophy centers on artistry, restraint, and long-term aesthetic planning to create results that look balanced, natural, and individualized.

Dr. Fazil Mohamed, MD, serves as the Medical Director for Creative Aesthetics, helping ensure that patient care is delivered safely and thoughtfully within established medical standards. A native of Washington, D.C., Dr. Mohamed received his undergraduate degree from Howard University and earned his medical degree from the University of
Dr. Fazil Mohamed, MD, serves as the Medical Director for Creative Aesthetics, helping ensure that patient care is delivered safely and thoughtfully within established medical standards. A native of Washington, D.C., Dr. Mohamed received his undergraduate degree from Howard University and earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.
He completed his chief residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pennsylvania. Dr. Mohamed brings extensive clinical experience and works closely with the Creative Aesthetics team to support patient safety, appropriate treatment planning, and adherence to medical best practices.
In his role as Medical Director, Dr. Mohamed provides ongoing medical guidance and oversight, supporting a care environment focused on safety, professionalism, and patient confidence.
